This is what I've been smacking at; if you look at Exibit 10 the raw nand, which is the AP used by Apple for many years contains all the NAND interfacing controler techniques... then handing it off to the unformated/unfocused/dumb NAND package.

Since we are dealing with the sequencing details per ROM coding in creating primary-mem and coupling cach therein - we are deep withing the 'what actually makes it tick' of it all and micron/sndk be hurting. I was taught ROM is hardware but actually it's firmware, combination of both, also when ya say ROM then BIOS is next in line, ergo my contentions that we effected it perminitly by introducing any secondary ability.
