Its time to implement new strategies resulting from the 108 decision.
We now should be thinking about the total worth to those that infringed and what our resonable share would amount to.
The very large companies lke Apple should pay an amount equal to a formula that would yield as an example: $.10 EPS X 293 million shares = $29.3 million dollars. At $.10 EPS X a PE multiple of 15, the share price is $1.50 based just on Apples contribution.
Do the same with the next group at $.01 to $.08 depending on how much adjusted revenue was achieved from the infringement and establish a contribution of the top 40 companies or so.
The result would be a calculated share price of $2.00 to $10.00, possibly greater.
In hope they don't just pick random amonts, but apply some value based on revenue generated by way of infringement.
