IMO, e.Digital is directly fussing over 737 with SNDK.
1. 737 has not gone through claims construction process yet...and nothing is being recognized to push this procedure forward by the court.
2. SNDK is now very much aware of the 108 issue....and how important that is.
3 SNDK emphatically understands what Signet is all about, in comparison to 737.
When I look at those factors, especially item 1, it's just glaring to me that SNDK is interested in something.
To the point that the court has gone null on the matter of court procedures.
Why is this issue so overly dormant by all parties involved?
When e.Digital does eventual move, you are either in, or you are out and they are not giving you any heads up.
