BELIEVE ME I hope you are right and I do not disagree, but I would like to bring up a couple points for thought or discussion--this is a discussion board, right? It must have value to those that chose to steal. They wanted it and were willing to take the risk of being caught/sued. Not to beat a dead horse but at the 2013 SHM we were told more than 50 and less than 100 companies had been contacted regarding Nunchi. So, we have 3 sued infringers and possibly more to come. Are the ones left all honest and decided not to steal and will license, are there many more thieves yet to be sued, or are there companies out there that already have something they feel is as good or better than Nunchi and do not want to license or steal our product?

Also, if Nunchi has value because it has allegedly been stolen does that also mean that Micro Signet has no value because there are no known suits and no licenses signed?
