I don't think EDIG has enough cash flow at this point to withstand the length of going all the way thru a trial. From the suit date to a jury ruling is like 3 to 4 years right?
I'm mean, Fred would be past normal retirement age...lol.
IMO, it will never happen.
Not because of his age, other factors that will prevent it.
