IMO, the saber rattling Micron is doing, is to lower the settlement value.

With 2 unanimous CC wins under our belt, they'd be damn fools to have this go to trial.

When the legal fees mount up, IMO they'll fold.

I know, I know, we need to win at trial to validate the patent.

I don't have that kind of patience anymore.
