I've been following up on the Krueger patent that the defendants have forward to the USPTO for the IPR review as prior art....Exhibit-1007...this item notes: Publication number: 0 557 736 A2 and Application number: 93101396.5

I have collected a copy of the original doc material submitted to the EPO having time stamps, M 29.01.93 with a designation of EP 8942-50/jo

After going through the original file material this am, I find that there are no claims or drawings within the file, however the scope reads similar. With that, I returned to the site to make a review comparison.

The following LINK is to the EPO (European patent office) where if you click on the application link it would take you to all the information regarding the application number 93101396(prosecution file history)...note that it is different than the above application 93101396.5. However, I now find no access for the publication link or the application link. Click to see if they work for you.

I was unable to search the EPO site directly and find anything relating to publication number EP 0557736 A2 19930901 (1993 09 01), or application number EP 93101396 A 19930129 (1993 01 29). If you try to search setting up date criteria for either of the two search items you get nothing. LINK

Through a Google search was the only way I happen to find application 93101396.

Anyway, there is a difference comparing 93101396.5 to 93101396 and thought maybe you guys might want to dabble with it over the weekend.
