EXACTLY.......In other words for someone like me who has a difficult time grasping technical details, could you explain in 3 year old language just what Micron is claiming that would negate Claim One of 108?

In your opinion does Micron have a "solid" case?

Do the CC's which EDig has recently prevailed on have any effect on Micron's case? It would seem to me, after sitting in the court room listening to their arguements and then reading the Judge's ruling that Claim 1 of 108 has pretty much been decided??
