Special Note: Please read document 69, Handal lays it on the line, and tells it like it is.... in my opinion.

It is not true that the Defendants have been diligent or that they only recently discovered the existence of this supposed defense. Such assertions are unbelievable given that discovery has been ongoing in this case since at least August of 2014. Defendants have dragged their feet in discovery, having waited until November of 2014 (11 months after these cases were filed) to propound any discovery whatsoever.
