Also while I think of it, the subject of this case being connected to other cases in the hopper.......The Judge was questioning Micron and he stated "something" .....Mr Handal jumped up and waved his arm to get the Judges attention and then informed her he was in direct contact with other defendents being sued by EDig and every one of them informed him they were "WAITING" on the results of EDig vs Micron before proceeding themselves...and get this.......they were all hiring Micron's lawyer, Mr. Kay, because he had the most first hand knowledge of the entire affair......Delay tactics anyone??????
