I sure hope so......I do not remember specifically the Judge or Micron saying "inequitable conduct" defense was dropped but perhaps that is part of dropping the amended complaint, which by the way was dropped "without prejudice" (per Judge Huff). Also regarding the time frame for Mr. Handal to have in answering Micron, he (EDig) was given an extra 45 days to depose, supeona, study (whatever) the "crap" (sorry could not think of anything better to describe what Micron is advancing). However I am a bit fuzzy of what that means regarding the upcoming hearings......45 days from what to what?? It certainly doesn't relate to the upcoming May 11th. hearing, that is only 20 days away and Micron most likely will not have had time to get all the paperwork EDig is demanding.....

Anyway, the attempt at blindsiding EDig was defeated also....
