Another tidbit just recalled in my fertile "grey cells" (I do not believe I have the following in the proper context) ...........Just as an aside, Judge Huff was more vocal in the proceeding than Mr. Handal and she queried Micron the entire hearing, Mr. Handal mostly sat and listened with the exception of a couple of rebuttal answers, especially the Deberco mentionings......
The Judge and Micron were going back and forth and Micron stated something and the Judge asked him if wished to "do something" (don't remember what) and he said "yes" and then she more or less chastised him by saying "Do you realize that if this is what you wish it starts this whole affair all over, like from day one and allows EDig to push forward with additional claims, etc....like EMMC.....which would be detremental to you.
She then said, "I am not going to allow you to do this", "THIS CASE IS OVER 2 YEARS OLD AND I AM NOT GOING TO ALLOW IT TO GO ANOTHER 2 YEARS....This in NOT a conjecture on my part.......SHE WAS DEFINITELY AGAINST ANY FURTHER DELAYING TACTICS AND WANTED THIS CASE TO PROCEED...
