Thing is, a nice revenue stream could be pulled out of it if things would only come together.

We just can't seem to get over that last hump....lol

Just checked on the IPR status ....

The status is........you guessed it ................no change...

The PTAB seems reluctant to answer Purcells challenge of statutory law...Looks like the board is going to make Purcell answer the considered Dec 31, 2014 IPR date first for some reason.

I would think cleaning up the matter of law might be settled first.

Anyway, its show time on this front...the 29th approaches.
