Purcell objects to the Dec 31, 2014 petition date afforded to Micron...and has motioned for a re-hearing on that matter.

Purcell's re-hearing issues deal with a question of law that need to be answered.

The 29th approaches and Purcell will be forced to answer the IPR, as the board has established the Dec application date for the IPR.

IMO, I would think the question of law be cleaned up first, however, its not looking like that is going to happen.
