How the last minute issues, IPR and motion to amend civil defense, fit in all this is anyone's guess.

We all understand how sickening this is.

Especially when things hinge on matters of "obvious"....Where, IMO, Micron bought an "obvious" position in advance....and that's where I'm at with that particular matter, as the petition date matters are telling.

Should e.Digital stop the process and call it a day?
