108 not only references 774 it "incorporates" all info from 774 into 108! ....if Plank recalls Norris even brought the flashback to a 774 uspto meeting. with the examiner!...what a joke of a defense...maybe they didn't realize that Norris Communications is us!! even so, there it is......schematics....we even drew them a pic and they can't figure it out!
2. Prior Art
The present invention hereinafter incorporates by reference the materials disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 5,491,774 for a HANDHELD RECORD AND PLAYBACK DEVICE WITH FLASH MEMORY by Norris et al.
