The prior art...eg Krueger functions at two separate levels. There is a logical management of data through pointers....which the petitioner considers to be similar to what e.Digial does.
However the petitions fails to point out the second level of background management for the reclamation of memory involving moving RAW data on and off the flash through a RAM process.
E.digital deals directly with the RAW data in a logical fashion. It does not move data on and off flash for file management considerations, or for reclamation or ware leveling issues.
Like I noted earlier, after reading the response my concerns and questions went away...
