(Email 1 of 2)
Hi Gabe,
My apologies for the technical difficulties - that is not an error I have seen before with our system. The petition is available for public download now here:
https://ptabtrials.uspto.gov/. The easiest and quickest way to get the material at this point is to go the website and enter "IPR2015-00519" in the "Case Number" field.
After clicking the link "IPR2015-00519," a screen should pop up with the material available for download. Below is a screen shot, which I hope is helpful. Alternatively, I am happy to email the files to you directly. They are around 22 MB in total, so I would send them in two separate emails.
I agree that the Court would appreciate our efforts to focus the issues. We will likely agree to drop some terms, but we first need to confer with our client. We will be in touch tomorrow after speaking with our client.
Best,
Matt
