Anyone please correct me--Microsemi is asking the judge to dismiss the case we filed against them. True, if the judge dismisses the case there will be no IPR, however the judge has to think our case is extremely weak to grant the dismissal, no? I think they are just taking a shot in the dark because they know they probably will not prevail in the IPR that they requested. Plankton, any legal beagle.
