On June 1, 2015, Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“e.Digital”) and Defendants
Micron Consumer Products Group, Inc. and Micron Technology, Inc. (collectively,
“Micron”) filed a joint motion to dismiss e.Digital’s claims against Micron with
prejudice and Micron’s counterclaims against e.Digital with prejudice.1 (Doc. No. 77.)
The Court, for good cause shown, grants the parties’ joint motion and dismisses
all claims and counterclaims with prejudice. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Each
party will bear its own attorney’s fees and costs.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
