What does EDIG's IP bring to the table for a company like GoPro?
What problem does it solve for them?
What added value does it create?
How does it allow them to accomplish their goals and increase revenues?
In other words what does EDIG really have to offer GoPro (or any other company) aside from if they don't license, then we'll accuse them of stealing our IP and file a lawsuit against them?
Fred or Pat should be able to answer the questions above. In fact they should be offering those answers far and wide to anyone who would listen... even if they still choose not to license after hearing what EDIG has to offer.
The Internet has rendered marketing nearly trivial and practically free for anyone desiring to 'get the word out'. A demo should have been developed and be widely available by now. Nothing sells so well as a working demonstration of an idea. So build it. Even while Handal is suing, nothing should be stopping EDIG from selling.
Some think that legal action is our only option... as if EVERYONE already knows about Nunchi and what it can do - and they have all chosen to use our IP without a license.
As if there's NO ONE ELSE out there who they haven't already contacted who might be interested in some kind of partnership/development/licensing agreement for some kind of NEW application or tool or system that could do something that no one else has exactly done before... or does it better than anyone else is currently doing it. There are plenty of somebodys out there who used to be nobodys. How are such people/organizations supposed to discover what EDIG has to offer?
why can't we close the deal?
Before I could guess at that, you'd first have to convince me that someone was even trying.
