Lets call it perceived law...or perhaps a moving target.

Having to appeal 108 being tied to 774 as two distinct and seprate patents ??....I will never let go of those facts or ignore what took place during the CE process.

The judge put 108 on the back burner..there was no need of that...yet it happened.
