Clearly as the CEO of a public company, Fred should set GOALS, assign responsibilities for those goals, communicate those goals to the shareholders, issue periodic progress reports of those established goals, monitor any changes needed and either achieve those goals or aim for new ones. Management= plan, organize, lead and control. Nuff said.
