Park I hope you are right about the speculative play of 2016. You know, I get the feeling that a plan has come together- if we have cracked the NFS issue our future is looking bright. I'm hangin on and buying at the dips.

As for the broader market, I have been accumulating cash and waiting for this turn for a few years now. I hope it goes a lot lower. However IMO it won't stay there for a decade because things move too quickly these days and "investors" are too impatient and too greedy. As soon as they suck all the life out of the people who sell at the lows, they will start to move higher. There's no way we break the boom and bust cycle - too many people get too rich to let that happen.
