The IPR application is in the works 6-24-15, no approval or disapproval by the board.....
The civil proceedings have been motioned 8-31-15 for stay and have not been approved or dis- approved by the court, should here something soon. Perhaps waiting for the USPTO to approve or disapprove the IPR ...seeing there's a two month difference.
IMO, the two independent legal entities are eye balling each other.
