Handal motioned the board for admission, Purcel has not yet entered opposition to the petition yet.
I say they do not oppose the IPR and let this issue flow through.
This AIA additional nonsense needs to end regarding investors. The USPTO is granting IP in proper form or the USPTO is one big joke on the American inventor.
