All I can understand now, after following some 100 legal cases later ....the IP remains questionable because of IPR's. With that, less valuable.

Where the same scenario exists for the new IP until proven otherwise.

NEST is apparently plagiarizing, NEST is touting IPR's.....ArcSoft is apparently plagiarizing wanting to stay their case pending. There's not whole lot of return here on DropCam because it's only recently new to the market. This fight is to prove ownership only, because it is all-mighty necessary to do so.

The same will happen to the other IP as well.

The only thing we have going for us....the IP is brand new and can afford the gauntlet to prove out....as long as the company can fight the fight.
