I'm trying to put the above into a perspective that relates to "endless"

The problem for investors is not endless hope.

The problem for investors is endless administrative issues...ending one way or the other.

We can't even get to a dis-positive position of e.Digital that would simply end e.Digital, where we hope that is not the final resolution.

Investors reserving judgment of e.Digital? The only thing they should reserve judgemt of ... is the administrative process. Investors can make decisions on issues not resolved if they wish thereby ending their endless involvement.
