Skreal infringement of Patents is nothing new and will continue to occur until the penalty for infringement is severe to the infringers. I believe that soon the results of the Markman will be known by eDigital and infringing companies. We investors will also know the results that are not confidential. Google being the parent company of Dropcam will evaluate payment of damages now oposed to going to trial. Our parade starting with the patents being issued and continues with a successful Markman. Getting the results right the first time will be what determining factors exist to modify or change potential infringement behaviors. The more severe the potential damages for infringement in "Dollars" the less willing others are to mimic. There's not to many companies with deeper pockets than Google. When the "Dominoes " start falling it occurs at a rapid pace. Furthermore, everyone is awaiting Markman results IMHO to weigh the ramifications in financial outcomes. No one likes to pay money nor lose money. Companies estimate the cheapest paths when all other available avenues have been removed. I believe in my opinion shortly infringers will be brought in line to License eDigital Technology.
