Plank no telling what is taking place...the file wappers are unaviable to read.

As for the prior IPR petition requests ...Intel, Micron ... they have all been finalized with terminations. This 12-31-2014 request has been docketed to an Examiner 6-6-15 and not the PTAB, so its not an IPR.

With that, I checked the PTAB IPR activity for 108...no new petitions have been ventured.

Looks like the petition challenge is e.Digital related at this point. Can't tell without being able to read the wrappers, but that's how all e.Digital stuff is treated now, with secrecy.
