Why are you considering that? I get you point regarding the long wait, but...far fetched?

After all these years focused on patents that employ data acquisition and management you now consider things far fetched when they put something substantial in front of it ?

emit, they initially had patented methods to acquire data in real time and package in a manner very dissimilar to status qou. This new methodology is very lean in the way it functions. It allows for things to be orchestrated that were not previously feasible , especially on battery powered devices.

They devised the NUNCHI platform as an independent issue and did not peg it to any particular data acquation method.

Now think about this, except for the ability of the prior IP they would have never devised Nunchi....the data management and acquation is just to intensive.

How will the industry beat that scenario if it moves in this direction?

It's a matter of the industry moving forward and not necessarily e.Digital.

As it looks to me the industry is moving forward.

IMO, they are now possibly covering their bases with 108....
