FYI.... I'm HAPPY...HAPPY... HAPPY... about the Claims Construction Order and I honestly believe that e.Digital & Handal learned a GREAT DEAL about the PROCESS OF PATENTABILITY from the past MISTAKES with the FLASH R Portfolio. I feel good about the way things are going so far. We made it over the first of many hurdles to come.

Yes, certainly, I agree that winning a FAVORABLE CLAIMS CONSTRUCTION is only a CORNERSTONE of the structure needed to be a PATENTABLE success but NONE THE LESS... PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE.
