Tryn interpret this stuff as for what's real will cause multiple IPRz to be filed and of course more Markman's.... somtings gota work, it's either theirs or ours. theirs is, and we gota 3yr go at proving it ours. So Q is? when is IPR decision. no buy-out or partner til then.
