doni, great post because it clears away much of the fog of legals ramblings and BS...to get a sense of what is really going on. Yes, I hope it is obvious to PTAB staff. Is there anyway of Tony or another making sure the staff can see what you delineate in your post? Can you send a copy to Fred, Tony or ( the staff? with out meddling... ) so they can inform the staff?

Your other posts are insightful too, but this one really spoke to me in an eye-opening way. :)
