You can view info about the fluctuations in your heart rate that occur as you go about your daily activities, including the activities you’ve tracked on your band. You can see your heart rate stats in both the Microsoft Health app on your phone and online in your Microsoft Health web dashboard.

They make the phone app appear to be something of significance, its nothing but a web interface to your online account. It's the same as the Nest phone app.

With a cell phone, or any Internet Protocol connection , you can log onto your online accounts without the fancy link apps.
