been motivated to seek out more efficient data structures such as those described in
Jager. (’522 Petition at 17.) Petitioners fail to explain why the duplication of data
in Jolliff’s avatar selection tables is inefficient and why Jager’s alleged “removable
of duplicate profiles” would be more efficient. To this extent, Petitioners fail to
meet their burden of establishing a motivation to combine the two references."
