Petitioner acknowledges that Miluzzo does not disclose the specifics
of how it infers a user’s status from sensor data, or that Miluzzo fails to
teach where to store, and how to organize and retrieve, a users’ status or
privacy settings. Pet. 31–32. Because of this, Petitioner contends that a
person of ordinary skill in the art would have been motivated to seek out theteachings of Robarts, discussed above.
