Okay sman/anyone here's my Q?

If we come to a settlement and say we get money and/or a negotiated royalty prior to set dates and everthing is called off. Won't this leave the door open for another infrienger to step right in these stipulated claim issues and tie us up again.

If so I see no reason for either side to cave.
