I mean like if Gooogle folded it would imply they didn't think they would fair well in the IPR.

But would that lend enough credence to the claims someone-else like a Microsoft or Intel wouldn't; however given these claims are pretty specific to what dropcam is doing, but others are or will be doing basicly same thing per servers, sensors and signitures etc.
