It seems like such a tough battle against a company like Google with its deep pockets. Even if we were to prevail at this level, is there any doubt about the appeals which are sure to follow. Both EDIG and Handel have to know up front that this will happen and yet they're willing to take on this fight. Of course, Handle is being paid for their trouble but they're not getting rich off the fees. I believe they receive 30K/month. though that fee isn't what they're hoping to get, ultimately.

The question is can we generate enough revenue from the smaller companies to finance the battle with the big guys?
