Plank I value your "Opinions" and thinks EDIG is the new AT&T as well. I always was of the opinion that June would be a IPR Milestone prompting litigants in more ways in Comeing to terms. I have watched Litigants attempt to find the smallest of granuals of nothings to challenge or delay the proceedings. The Northern District Judge IMHO considering these granuals well before his Rulings. IPR's Challenges come at a cost who is going to foot the "Bill" Ismart or "Google". The Judge needs a matter of Law to Stay the case IMHO. We will know his Ruling "Soon".
