No worries, no one else does either other than settlements are better than no settlements and not as good as passing the IPR with flying colors. Without knowing how many Nest products use Nunchi patents, how many are sold in a given time period, what their selling price is, what the profit margin is etc. we have no way of judging the potential cash flow which determines the value.
