With that, one of two possibilities concluded.
1. e.Digital folded under pressure and let the defendant go with prejudice..But, without a doubt in my mind defendant did not have that kind of leverage. If e.Digial was just to let them slide...they'd let them slide without prejudice...which they have done in the past.
2. e.Digital got a one time fee....with prejudice.....
From my prospective...e.Digital was not under pressure to give anything away....
