I don't recall a single license out of 70 some +/- since 2008 where an 8-K was filed.
It may very well be the best license arrangement EDIG has ever accomplished, we'll see, but as Fred has explained it at shm's, licensing for revenues is a normal course of business, not requiring an 8-K.
Or, maybe the deal is not completed yet.....lol....I don't know?
