I found this Snippet was filed by Petitioners as updated exhibit list submitted 6 / 29 /2016 same date Google et al settlement notice. In my view the Nunchi patent #522 has to cover Mobile health and home , social network , wearable computing , and social connectedness that Google also has been involved and has much interest in it and probably this settlement has more significant value that what we think. Dont forget the Nunchi patent #522 has 2 referenceas prior art in it , one for Google and another one for Facebook. JMO
