IMO, they are valuable right now, however would be much more valuable if the IPR had taken place and we would have prevailed and much less valuable if the IPR had been dispositive to Edig--we are somewhere in the middle. I am hoping for a stare down between Google and MSFT and see who blinks. Doni thinks MSFT would have the whole ball of wax if they Nunchi and the Dartmouth College stuff, so MSFT just buy it! Also, glad to be discussing ideas and concepts instead of 10th's of cents moves in the stock price.
