How can you not be following this, its been going on and discussed by many here since the Google IPR petition started.

The connection to NUNCHI...are you serious?

The MSFT(Robarts) / Darthmouth College(Miluzzo) combination of PRIOR ART was exhibited by Google, along with a host of others that were detailed and argued through a paper trail to great length. When the PTAB made its final decision to institute the petition the only issues remaining or considered by the PTAB was the .MSFT(Robarts) / Darthmouth College(Miluzzo) issue..... where I have recently identified the issue as the ultimate study.
