Personally, I believe by law, the all powerful PTAB could and would have continued the IPR if they thought the patents in question had validity issues... but they did not. So, that being said... In my opinion, e.Digital seems to be in a much better position now. I don't think Ismart or Ibaby will be filing another IPR... I could be dead wrong and it is MY HUMBLE OPINION, OF COURSE> ;-) WE SHALL SEE.

When the PTAB closed the IPR.... I bought a lot more shares... but what the hell do I know. I could be wrong but its my money and my risk... wish me luck.
