Emit, per LETGO's post, they could have continued with the IPR. Also, I am not sure about MSFT knowing now about the settlement and licensing agreement with Google and the termnation of the IPR, but MSFT was mentioned at the 2013 SHM as having been notified as to Nunchi. So, they likely do know. IMO
