sman, the above is a condition of where the NUNCHI control logic or software can be placed.
I'm looking way beyond the beneficial attributes attained for flash memory , that you may be considering here, and more to where data can be programmed to any media under 445 and 108.....or the complete functionality of the NUNCHI control logic or software .
There is no telling how the X-licensing agreements fall in line regarding straight out data handling (or programming) on any memory media or device platform.
I say, that the folks at e.Digital know exactly what they require to mingle with their base IP for the complete and legal functionality of any device ....that they might perhaps pass on as firmware in building a future ....? As a design house in principle...what other reason would they acquire the licensing ?
Making trapped electron memory (any flavor) easier to physically address was a misfortune for sure, however, it's but the tip of it all.
Thing is, the atmosphere of the miserable political scene combined with the legal system seems to be getting out of hand.
